What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is at least 100 pieces (for all fabrics available in our warehouse), but if you need a smaller quantity, we can produce it and handle it as a custom sample.
How and where can I view the price list?

As made-to-measure manufacturers responding to specific customer requests, we do not have a predefined price list, because each custom-designed product has its own characteristics (dimensions, quantity, printing in one or more colors, and more). Prices are developed within a few hours and sent via email.
How can I request information about a product or a custom quote?

Of course! Our graphic department, after receiving your logo (preferably in vector PDF format or .jpg) to be printed on the bag, will create and send a graphic simulation to give you a much clearer idea of the print positioning, overall dimensions, and accuracy of the required color. The draft is free of charge, exclusively after the quote has been confirmed.
I cannot find the model I am interested in, what can I do?

No problem, if you do not find the model you are interested in, you can call us at the phone number listed on our website and one of our specialized collaborators will provide you with all the information for your specific case, suggest tailored models, and offer useful advice for your fabric packaging.
What are the payment methods?

Payment is generally by bank transfer after we send the order confirmation, or alternatively by PayPal and credit card; for these last options, payment is made simply by clicking the "pay securely with PayPal" box within our order confirmation. This payment system is not managed internally by us but connects directly to the official PayPal platform, which guarantees complete confidentiality of your data and full security of the transaction. We do not offer cash on delivery shipping because it involves longer processing times and additional costs that may inconvenience the customer. For other or instalment payments, we reserve the right to verify together with the customer that the necessary conditions apply (e.g., prior orders, monthly reorder continuity, justifiable amounts, sustainable economic and financial requirements).
What are the delivery times?

Our average delivery times are as follows: up to 1000 pieces from payment confirmation, 3 to 4 working days for non-custom fabric bags, and 4 to 5 working days for fabric bags customized with a logo (for all fabrics always available in stock). In many cases, since we manufacture made-to-measure products, delivery times may vary depending on quantity, fabric availability in our warehouses, and the need for accessories or highly specific processes. In any case, delivery times are always agreed upon and managed step by step together with the customer.
